La forma tipica \u00e8 quella a toroide, ma esistono anche in tubetti, clip, perline e blocchetti binoculari. Il colore \u00e8 solitamente grigio scuro in tonalit\u00e0 varibile in base al produttore. In alcuni casi sono disponibili in versioni tendente al verde o all&#8217;azzurro.<\/p>\n<p>Per avere quello corretto \u00e8 necessario affidarsi ad un rivenditore affidabile oppure procedere con la seguente misura<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>avvolgere una spira di filo di rame sul toroide<\/li>\n<li>misurare l&#8217;induttanza rilevata<\/li>\n<li>utilizzando le tabelle del costruttore oppure appositi sw (miniring core calculator) cercare la miscela che a parit\u00e0 di dimensione d\u00e0 quel valore.a titolo di esempio (per una spira):<\/li>\n<li>FT240-43 -&gt; 930nH,<\/li>\n<li>FT240-77 -&gt; 2.725uH<\/li>\n<li>FT240-61 -&gt; 161nH<\/li>\n<li>FT140-43 -&gt;760nH<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>come si nota l&#8217;induttanza \u00e8 in funzione del mix e della dimensione del toroide<\/p>\n<p>i nuclei in ferrite sono identificati dalla sigla FT seguita dal diametro in pollici e dal mix<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_518\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\">\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">(es. FT240-43 ferrite mix 43 diametro 2.4 pollici &#8211; poco pi\u00f9 6 centimetri) La lettera A accanto alla misura indica altezza doppia, equivalente a sovrapporre due nuclei adatto soprattutto alle band basse<\/p>\n<p>Il tipo 43 \u00e8 intermedio e d\u00e0 il meglio di s\u00e8 fino ai 40 metri con uso saltuario in 80<\/p>\n<p>Il tipo 61 \u00e8 adatto alle bande pi\u00f9
